INTRODUCTION

Kahilli Ginger is felt to relieve anxiety and promote relaxation.  We love using the rhizome in a foot bath, allowing our tired feet to soak and relinquish tension after long days.

INGREDIENTS

Kahili Ginger rhizome

STEP 1

Using rhizome left over from recipes or cleaning and slicing a fresh piece, put the rhizome into a bathtub or large bowl.

STEP 2

Heat water and pour it over the rhizome.  Allow to steep for about five minutes.

STEP 3

Sink your feet (or whole body!) into the water and let go.
