Savage Designs is having a fashion show at this Sunday’s event Schaabaang! – a Benefit Bizarre Soirree.

When: Sunday August 2nd, 2009 from 3 p.m. until after dark

We invite you to join us for an awesome Savage Designs Fashion Show ’09 that Kirstie Carlson has put together with these bodaciously beautiful Savage models. Clothes made from nettles, eucalyptus wood pulp, bamboo, recycled furs and more! Join us for some nettle tea too! Dawn Boucher from Maui Nani will have a facial bar, there’ll be firedancers, a used clothing swap, face painting, live music….all at Donna Chameleon’s amazing organic farm Chameleon Gardens, near the ocean in Haiku. We’ll be selling some of our gear there as well and are brewing up a batch of dye made from African Tulip (Spathodea campanulata) flowers. We’ll have some of our natural colored bamboo shirts, there to purchase for $10, available to dye at the event.
