i am avidly interested in Wild Foods and live in Asheville, NC. i would love to get on the email notification list so that i might participate in the North Carolina Wild Foods Weekend next year. i was not aware such an event was happening previous to coming to this website after i found a card at the Dripolator in Asheville
It was a great weekend. Learned alot. Good food and great people…see ya
