Edible Hawaiian Islands Magazine gets a Foraging Twist

Talk about fulfillment of a lifelong dream, I’ve always wanted to be in an edible magazine! Having been a fan of the publications from their early days, and even having a couple of photos featured in various edible magazines, I get a great big smile on my face having now reached my own moment. Huge gratitude to Dania Katz and the edible Hawaiian Islands team for the interest and dedication to getting the stories out there.
