It’s the The Wild Spa Experience and you’ll find it right here at Savage Farms Wellness Center. Conveniently located in the Wailuku Arts District, our day spa and farm is an easy drive from the airport, Maui’s north shore, Kihei, Kahului, and the west side. You’ll find our wellness center inside a quaint 1928 Japanese Bath House that has been lovingly restored to provide an intimate and healing space to unwind from the stresses of life.

Your three hour wellness journey includes your choice of infrared sauna or flower bath plus a massage followed by a delicious gourmet farm to table lunch from our farm.

Throughout your experience, you’ll be pampered with an exclusive and immersive taste of the highest quality therapeutic grade wild local plants. Your host, Sunny Savage, is a wild foods expert whose adventures have taken her to every continent — you may know her from her television series, Hot on the Trail with Sunny Savage. She has taught thousands of people about wild foods and has a passion for sharing flower and botanical medicines with visitors.

The Wild Spa Experience

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a ti leaf cleansing, with water from ‘Īao Valley and Hawaiian salt, and then settle in with a cup of herbal tea and pūpū (appetizer) featuring wild and cultivated plants grown at Savage Farms.

Flower Bath or Infrared Sauna with Freshly Harvested Flowers

The Wild Spa Experience offers your choice between a one hour deep botanical bath or a sauna session with cold aquatherapy. Both treatments include freshly harvested flowers, aromatherapeutic hydrosols distilled on site, and incense made from local and wild plants.

To fully immerse yourself in wild flower essences, opt to dip into the enchanting world of flower baths. You’ll be surrounded by the vibrant colors and fragrances of fresh tropical flowers while soaking in our blissful flower bath. This sensory journey is designed to relax and uplift your spirit.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage Therapy

A one hour Hawaiian lomi lomi massage, with rich botanically infused oils, awaits as you unwind deeper. Feel your stress melt away under the hands of our skilled massage therapist after enjoying the solitude and peace of your aquatherapy session.

Farm-to-Table Dining

As you emerge from the blissful cocoon of your massage, a delectable and refreshing lunch awaits you. Indulge in a multi-course Farm to Table meal nourishing you with one of the most eco-friendly and biodiverse diets on the planet. Prepare to have your tastebuds amazed! We often hear it’s “the best food you’ve ever tasted!”

The island’s rich volcanic soil and tropical climate provide the perfect conditions for growing many types of food. For your meal, we source ingredients directly from our farm. Each dish is a celebration of the island’s unique wild foods. From vibrant salads featuring fresh island greens to succulent main courses, every dish is lovingly crafted to support your wellbeing.
