Java Plum Season has begun!

Beautiful north shore Maui bay with Java plums.

I just harvested my very first Java plums (Syzygium cumini) of the year. They’ll be on the menu for this Monday’s food truck opening party & eclipse portal, a little mocktail with a Java plum/ginger/orange syrup and Java plum bark bitters. May you all be blessed with this abundant fruit that provides so much medicine. Eat more purple!
