Strawberry Guava puree is the perfect addition to recipes and a great way to incorporate wild food into your diet. Add it to smoothies, desserts, yogurt, baked goods – get creative!
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring up to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and pour the ingredients into your blender. Blend on low speed, so as to not grind the seeds.
Store your puree in an airtight container, in the refrigerator. Use within a couple of weeks. Enjoy!
