Food Network’s Best Restaurants on Maui

This is kind of a funny one, my food truck Savage Kitchen was almost listed on the Food Network’s recent “Best Restaurants on Maui” guide. The piece was published in January, just after the New Year, but was photographed back in 2018 when the Savage Kitchen food truck was still open. No worries, my spotlight was pulled, but it was an exciting recognition of the cutting-edge, and delicious, food we were creating using edible invasives in every dish, along with being 100% organic and over 90% locally sourced FOR REAL!
