INTRODUCTION
This syrup is perfect to adding to cocktail recipes, on pancakes, over ice cream – in anything you want to add the bright Strawberry Guava taste!
INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 cups Strawberry Guava juice
3 1/2 cups sugarYou can use different amounts; the general ratio is 1:1
STEP 1
Place Strawberry Guava juice and sugar into a pot. Mix thoroughly and heat on medium-high, bringing to a boil.
STEP 2
Turn the heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
STEP 3
Pour into clean and sterile jars. Place the jars in a hot-bath if you wish to seal and preserve the syrup without refrigeration.
