INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS
3 cups Strawberry Guava
3/4 cup honey
1 cup water
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring up to a boil.
STEP 2
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 3
Remove from the heat and pour the ingredients into your blender. Blend on low speed, so as to not grind the seeds.
STEP 4
Press the blended mixture through fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
STEP 5
Store your puree in an airtight container, in the refrigerator. Use within a couple of weeks. Enjoy!
